InvestAble (“Us”, “We” or “Ours”) is made up of financial adviser representatives under iFAST Global Markets, a division of iFAST Financial Pte Ltd (“iFAST”). Before engaging in any of our service, you must also read and agree to iFAST’s privacy policy.

We are committed to protecting the personal data provided by the Customer (“you” or (“your”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), which may be amended or updated from time to time, seeks to outline how we intend to deliver all the rights and protections that you are entitled under the PDPA.

By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in the way we describe in this Policy and in the Terms and Conditions.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT

COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Generally, we collect your personal data in the following ways:

Submission of any forms
When you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions and transactions with us, or when you use our services
Roadshows
Referral programmes, contests or surveys
When you use our services provided through online and other technology platforms, such as websites and apps, including when you establish any online accounts with us
When your images are captured via CCTV cameras while you are within our premises, or via photographs or videos taken by us when you attend events hosted by us
When contact us via emails, letters and telephones. For telephones, we may monitor or record the phone call for quality assurance, training and security purposes.

PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Designing further products and services or marketing existing or future products and services to you

We may from time to time and in compliance with all applicable laws, disclose your personal data to third parties (including but not limited to our principal company), whether located in Singapore or elsewhere, in order to carry out the purposes set above.
